Don't get me wrong, the food was fine and the older gentleman who finished making my sandwich was very nice. However, the guy who started it and the one behind the register were a different story. Both seemed very agitated that I was even there and one of them took it upon themselves to repeatedly knock on the bathroom door when I used it after finishing my food, going so far as to accuse me of being a druggie getting high. I understand you see hundreds of people through the day but not recognizing someone who has been in your lobby for the past 30 minutes eating is just sad.

Very disappointed!! I work downtown and usually get excellent customer service from the Subway (500 W 7th st), but after I walked to that Subway and discovered it's closed/under construction I decided to try out this other Subway close to my work. That was a big mistake. I wanted a foot long meatball sub...simple right? Wrong. They were out of meatballs at 1pm and I didn't even realize the meatball sub is the featured sub this month. What a joke. Only compensation for the inconvenience was I could wait longer for them to heat up some meatballs in the microwave. Why can't you be ready for customers all day? I even came around lunch time...why is it hard to see you're low and get some other meatballs ready? I did see 3 people reloading the paper towels dispenser..guess that's more important.

Closed more than 3 hours before posted time. Only one employee there actually follows the health code that I've seen. The rest are usually outside smoking and ignoring customers. When they are inside sometimes they aren't even in uniform when working. This is by far the most disgusting subway I have ever had the displeasure of going to. They only thing I buy from them now is a bottle drink or a bag of chips and only if I am desperate. (Edits) Still refuse to go there new staff is even worse between the constant smell of smoke, banging on the windows, and now yelling it is somehow worse than before. Also just posted photo of employee shirtless behind the counter.

Not overly impressed. I work downtown and have seen this particular Subway decline over the past couple of years. It used to be really good and managed well. Quality of sandwiches vary, depending on who is working. Lines are long and slow during peak times.

Despite the hours listed, they closed before 5:00pm. If you can catch then when they're open, good enough food.
